We focus on urban-infill multifamily residential real estate, principally in Coastal California and select markets throughout the Western U.S. and Pacific Northwest.

Our market niche, between $20 million and $45 million, is out of reach for small investors and below the threshold of REITs, pension funds, and institutions.
