These include markets throughout coastal Southern California, Central Coast such as Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, and the Inland Empire; as well as Monterey, Ventura, and Sacramento in central and northern California. Additional Western U.S. markets include Phoenix, Arizona, Las Vegas and Reno, Nevada, Seattle, Washington, Denver and Colorado Springs, Colorado, Salt Lake City, Utah, Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Boise, Idaho.
Our existing ownership and management footprint provides economies of scale for operations and leasing, particularly in the Western United States.
Often, we purchase assets in sub-markets where we have existing property management infrastructure from previous acquisitions. This gives us real-time income and expense data and a clear advantage in negotiating and closing transactions.
