We have invested in select target markets for over a decade. This experience gives us a body of knowledge about neighborhood and sub-market characteristics. We use this to our advantage and combine it with ongoing analysis of current and historical data, trend analysis, and projections to help us to identify undervalued acquisition opportunities.
We further confirm our research findings with site visits and personnel interviews, giving us hands-on market intelligence and accurate, real-time information.
Target Markets
We have identified a number of sub-markets that offer significant opportunities for acquisitions. These include markets throughout coastal Southern California, Central Coast such as Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, and the Inland Empire; as well as Monterey, Ventura, and Sacramento in central and northern California. Additional Western U.S. markets include Phoenix, Arizona, Las Vegas and Reno, Nevada, Seattle, Washington, Denver and Colorado Springs, Colorado, Salt Lake City, Utah, Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Boise, Idaho.
Existing Infrastructure
Our existing ownership and management footprint provides economies of scale for operations and leasing, particularly in the Western United States.
Often, we purchase assets in sub-markets where we have existing property management infrastructure from previous acquisitions. This gives us real-time income and expense data and a clear advantage in negotiating and closing transactions.
