Austin Carlson is Managing Director of Investor Relations & Capital Raising at Benedict Canyon Equities. He is responsible for leading the firm’s capital formation strategy, cultivating relationships with private investors and institutions, and overseeing all aspects of investor communications and fundraising initiatives.

Austin brings more than two decades of experience in capital markets, investor relations, and real estate investment management. Over that time, Austin has worked across hedge funds, private equity, debt, and alternative investment strategies, building deep expertise in structuring investment opportunities and delivering tailored solutions for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutions.

Prior to joining BCE in 2025, he served as Managing Director and Head of Private Capital & Investor Relations at JPI, a national multifamily developer and operator. Before JPI, he spent five years as Managing Director, Head of Sales & Investor Relations at Parkview Financial, where he led capital raising for the firm’s real estate debt fund. Earlier in his career, Austin was Vice President at SkyBridge Capital, responsible for the West Coast sales effort for the global alternative investment firm.

Austin received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Business Management, and a minor in Political Science from Oregon State University.
