As a Senior Analyst of Acquisitions, Kyle contributes to the underwriting and due diligence for new investment opportunities across all of BCE's target markets.

Prior to joining BCE, Kyle worked at Freddie Mac, where he assisted in the origination and structuring of permanent financing for conventional multifamily properties across the west coast. Kyle also held a role supporting the loan origination efforts for student housing and manufactured housing assets.

Kyle earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. Kyle is an alumnus of the Trojan Real Estate Association and Marshall Real Estate Finance Association.
