As an Associate Director of Acquisitions, Brian is responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities for BCE in Washington, Oregon, and Northern California. Brian also supports the Acquisitions team in the structuring and execution of new investment opportunities across all of BCE’s target markets, which includes forming joint-venture relationships with new and existing institutional equity partners.

Prior to joining BCE, Brian worked for PIMCO Prime Real Estate for nearly eight years. During his tenure at PIMCO Prime Real Estate Brian invested $1.9bn of equity and $3.5bn of debt across residential, industrial, and office assets nationally.

Brian earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Virginia, and a Master of Science degree in Real Estate and Infrastructure from the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.
